Trusted List onboarding

Apply to be listed as a trusted entity in a TS 119 602 List of Trusted Entities. Describe your entity and its services, and the scheme operator reviews the application. Once approved, it is compiled into the target Trusted List, signed as Compact JAdES and published as a new immutable version.
